Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made 45 days or more before the departure date will not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellations made 44 to 30 days before departure will incur a fee of 30% of the total trip amount. Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before departure will incur a fee of 60% of the total trip amount. Cancellations made 13 days or less before departure will incur a fee of 100% of the total trip amount.
Payment Terms:

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings requiring down payments or full payments for accommodations, these amounts may be subject to the specific policies of the respective hotels or lodges.
