Booking and Reservations

All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our official website.
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the start of the safari.
Bookings made less than 30 days before the safari must be paid in full upon confirmation..

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (subject to local regulations).

All bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Kingdom Animalia Safaris.

The following cancellation fees apply:
1: More than 60 days before the safari: 10% of total cost
2: 30–59 days before the safari: 30% of total cost 3:15–29 days before the safari: 50% of total cost 4:Less than 15 days before the safari or no-show: 100% of total cost.

Changes and Amendments

We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Additional costs arising from changes (e.g. accommodations or activities) will be charged to the client.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical, trip cancellation, evacuation, and personal belongings.
Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to departure.

Health and Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements, including vaccinations. Clients with any medical conditions or special needs must inform us at the time of booking. We recommend visiting a travel health clinic prior to arrival in East Africa.

Liability and Responsibility

Kingdom Animalia Safaris shall not be held liable for injury, death, damage, or loss arising from:
Acts of God or nature
Delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to weather, strikes, or government action
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Third-party services (e.g. hotels, airlines, activity providers)
We are committed to client safety and will act in the best interest of all guests.

Passports and Visas

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas for Tanzania, Kenya, or any other destination included in the safari. We provide assistance and guidance, but final responsibility lies with the traveler.

Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed due to the nature of wild animal behavior.
Our guides will do their best to provide quality sightings, but no refunds will be given for missed species.

Accommodation and Transport

Accommodations are based on double or twin occupancy unless otherwise specified.
Single supplements apply where necessary.
Vehicle types used depend on group size and road conditions and are at our discretion.

Complaints

All complaints must be reported immediately to the guide or trip leader for resolution.
If unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted to the company within 7 days of the tour’s completion.

Use of Images

Kingdom Animalia Safaris may use photographs taken during safaris for promotional purposes unless a guest objects in writing before the trip begins.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes arising shall be settled under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
